Jack D is a multi-cat type vessel built in 1982
She is a highly manoeuvrable workboat powered by two Cummins engines driving fixed pitched propellers. She is equipped with: welding and burning equipment; a compressor; 2 x 240v generators; 110v generator; 7-ton HIAB deck crane; and barge coupling winches. She also has a removable 7m cherry picker (2-man).
A well-known vessel on the Thames, she is available for civil support, survey work, salvage, anchor handling, towage, bridge inspection and dive support.
